| Assisted living facility in south central Texas is seeking an Executive Director. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, including oversight of all departments, resident and family relationships, budget, equipment, legal matters and licensure. Specific responsibilities include: providing clear direction and leadership to each department in keeping with the mission of the facility; providing clear direction and leadership to each staff member to insure proper product delivery; approve all new hires and supervise training of all new employees; cooperate fully with all community staff and all Home Office staff; prepare and achieve annual budget and operate within its parameters; monitor safe work habits and address safety concerns; participate in in-service training; chair the safety committee. Requirements include: Bachelors degree or two years of college and a minimum of 2 years experience in a geriatric setting. Salary is $70-75K, depending on experience.
