| Chief Operating Officer needed for free standing psychiatric hospital in the Detroit, Michigan area. Responsible for day to day operations, development and implementation of overall business and strategic plan, team building and leadership, and providing strategic direction. Hospital is owned by a national company and serves adults, adolescents and children. The hospital has fifty plus beds. A Bachelors degree in business administration or hospital administration is required; MBA or equivalent senior management experience is strongly preferred. Must have 10+ years of proven successful behavioral health industry experience, proven P/L experience and experience with JCAHO and CMS. Salary, bonus and stock options based on superior performance. The position reports directly to the President and CEO and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Salary will not be a problem for a qualified person. The qualified person will be a visionary, who can give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organizations philosophy, mission, strategy goals and objectives.
