Will be responsible for the financial analysis and modeling of various reimbursement scenarios in support of contract negotiations, the building of all health plan contracts in the designated contract management system, and ensure that contractual adjustments are posted in the hospital information system. Works with other members of the Corporate Revenue Cycle department as well as hospital finance, business office and case management. Graduate degree preferred, but may be substituted by experience. Must have excellent computer application, analytical, and modeling complex contract skills. Must have excellent computer skills. Must have a minimum of five years experience in finance, ideally in health care or insurance organizations. Clinical knowledge is a plus. Contract management, contract building and modeling experience is preferred. The salary range for this position is 77K to 89K DOE.
