Senior Payroll Analyst needed for major, national company in Pittsburgh, PA. Seeking experienced, highly qualified candidates with SAP HR Payroll experience to support a diverse group of stakeholders. Our diverse set of industries provides the variety of any consulting experience. The successful Senior Payroll Analyst will develop and document the design as well as perform the testing of actual payroll SAP payroll configuration. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of SAP best practices, along with knowledge of personnel management, third party, and payroll within the SAP HR application system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SAP HR Payroll; Create functional specifications for standard and non-standard requirements and testing activities in SAP modules of Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Time Management. Candidate Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology; 6+ years of experience working in SAP HR and/or Payroll; Extensive experience in Gross to Net Payroll and Payroll regulations, and understanding of integration with FI/CO modules; Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and tact and perform well under pressure; Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access. Bonus/Benefits: Bonus at target is 5% of base salary. Comprehensive benefits package. Relocation: Yes. The salary range is 55 to 75K.
