| 600+ bed New York City acute care hospital is seeking a Director of Medical Education. This position will provide leadership for, and oversee the daily activities of the hospitals GME, CME and Allied Health Professional training programs. The Director will collaborate with the varioius individual program directors and coordinators to manage their residency, fellowship and continuing medical education programs and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. The candidate should possess excellent oral and written commumication skills; strong organizational abilities; good analytic and problem-solving skills; and excellent knowledge of ACGME institutional standards and program requirements. Three to five years experience as an institutional coordinator is required. Bachelors degree required, with Masters Degree preferred.
