| National Long Term Acute Care Hospital Company is seeking a Vice President of Nursing to support, maintain, and improve the organizations clinical program in hospitals across the country. The VP of Nursing works from a home office and travels extensively. Responsibilities include: Responding to clinical operations in hospitals as needs are determined by, but not limited to hospital operations staff visits, clinical analysis of patient care rendered, mock surveys, operational reports, financial reports, assisting in the development and implementation of standards of care, policy, procedures and corrective action plans. Assisting in coordination, development and oversight of clinical training at the hospitals. Assisting in hospital clinically related equipment purchases and training. To qualify, you must: Clinical education- RN required, Masters Degree in Health Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years senior level clinical management experience required. Background in critical care nursing ICU, CCU. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and highly accurate work required.
