| Large nationwide retailer is seeking Senior Directors, Regional General Managers for eight different locations. Each regional manager will direct a regional team and multiple Market Managers by providing clarity of vision; prioritizing resources; facilitating alignment of the team; setting high expectations; inspiring commitment; encouraging mutual support; and enabling development opportunities. The Regional Manager will develop and implement multi-year profitable business and growth strategies for a region to deliver increased market share by managing financial performance; developing and implementing real estate plans for growth; and assessing economic factors, demographic trends, and competitive strategy. Will also be responsible for enhancing the companys brand and leveraging relationships with key stakeholders. Will implement and model customer service standards across complex regions and markets by ensuring unbeatable excellence in store standards. Qualifications include: At least 4 years of multi-facility management experience or 7 years experience supervising Management Associates, or 5 years experience as a Store Manager, or 7 years supervising managers who have PL responsibility and make employment decisions. Candidates with at least 2 years experience managing a metropolitan retail store, 5 years experience managing a grocery retail operation, and 7 years of retail management experience are preferred. Must be able to demonstrate competency in the written and physical assessment testing for Safe Crisis Management and Physical assessment techniques training.
