| Alabama Psychiatrist. Seeking 2 BE/BC Psychiatrists to join a large Psychiatric group with 4 practice locations, 14 Psychiatrists and 40+ Psychologists. They average 130-150 new patients per week and cover 4 hospitals. The candidate will do 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient. Call coverage is 1:14 for outpatients and 1:4 for inpatient call at medical center. Generally has approximately 35-40 inpatients at any given time. Weekend call consists of friday night call, saturday morning hospital rounds which take approximately 6 hours, and saturday night and sunday call. These Psychiatrists treat both adults and children. This group is currently the only group that admits patients. These partners seek an assertive, entrepreneurial, congenial team player who wants a balanced life. New physicians will be considered for partnership after 5 years. They offer salary, bonus, full benefit package, 401K, vacation and CME days.
