Bachelors degree with 2 years administration or supervision experience within a healthcare environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current license as an RN in the state of Maryland required. Minimum of 1 year experience in dialysis. Demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Determine and recommend necessary space, equipment, supplies and support systems to ensure effective functioning of unit/department. Ensure safe environment of care for all staff, patients, and families. Ensure effective processes for staff development, recruitment and retention. RN and MSN required. Current N.C. RN license. Min. 3-5 yrs of progressive management experience in responsible nursing operations at the administrative leadership level or equivalent combination of relevant educ. and/or exp. Reloc. assistance.
