Ensure safe environment of care for all staff, patients, and families. Ensure effective processes for staff development, recruitment and retention. RN and MSN required. Current N.C. RN license. Min. 3-5 yrs of progressive management experience in responsible nursing operations at the administrative leadership level or equivalent combination of relevant educ. and/or exp. Reloc. assistance.
