| This hospital seeks a Director of Cardiovascular Services. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services, Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiovascular Recovery, Cardiac Rehab and/or Respiratory Care in a high-volume open-heart program. Bachelors degree in Radiology, Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration or an equivalent degree. Have current licensure in one of the following areas or be eligible for certification in the state of Oregon: RN, Registered Radiologic Technologist, Registered Respiratory Therapist, or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure on concurrent, multidisciplinary projects. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including staff from IT, Materials management, physicians and external vendors. Salary $100K to 125K.
