| Administrator needed for planning, coordinating, managing and directing all activities of a south Florida based Senior Services Agency which provides home and community based programs to senior residents of the county. Program upholds Jewish beliefs and traditions in all practices. Agency includes Home Health Services, Kosher Meals-on-Wheels, Homebound Mitzvah Program and Adult Day Care Centers. Bachelors degreed RN with Florida licence is preferred, however related healthcare field registration or certification and experience will be considered. At least 3-5 years experience in healthcare management, Current experience in Home Health or Hospice with knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and an understanding of Prospective Payment System and OASIS, knowledge of corporate business management, financial management, cost reporting state, federal and local regulations and JCAHO standards pertaining to the services provided.
