Hospital in North Carolina has opening for Manager of Case Management. Masters degree preferred or Bachelors degree from four-year college or university and two- five years related experience and/or training. RN required. CCM certification desired.Desire management experience in Case Management. Experience in management of UR, discharge planning and medical social work operations. Collaborates with the Manager of Education Outcomes to ensure co-worker educational programs are provided. Ensures policies and procedures are developed and implemented for assigned areas of accountability. Takes prompt action to ensure quality improvement so that these organizational and individual goals are met. Develops the fiscal budget in collaboration with the Director and other Managers. Researches and provides timely variance reports. Takes corrective action to ensure budget is met. Ensures effective human resource management and ensures turnover is less than organizational target: effectively recruits, hires, and orients new co-workers. Evaluates and meets co-worker satisfaction targets. Actively leads and fosters co-worker accountability and holds co-workers responsible for meeting individual targets to contribute towards meeting organizational and management goals. The successful candidate will be an RN with a strong clinical background and 2-5 years case management experience in acute care. Salary range $57 to 95K plus relocation. Job# 808E.
