This hospital seeks a Administrative Representative (Supervisor). Department: Nursing Support Services. Variable shift. Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Current WY RN license required. BSN preferred. Required within 3 years. Holds current provider status in BLS, ACLS, TNCC. (if not current in ACLS or TNCC, successfully completes both courses within 6 months of hire) Certification in nursing specialty area preferred. - Minimum of 3 years management/staffing experience demonstrating progressive leadership development and competency commensurate with experience. The Administrative Representative is responsible for workflow and operations during the assigned shift. This position supervises and directs the work of staff to ensure patient safety, quality patient care, and outstanding patient satisfaction in accordance with established procedures. The Administrative Representative responds to hospital emergency situations, initiates disaster notification processes, coordinates access to on-call resources PRN, and facilitates patient placement, organ donation and communication with media. Consistently uses highest standards of interpersonal communication skills to maintain and improve operational effectiveness, assuring satisfaction, of all internal and external customers. Provides direction and coordination of all departments in the absence of administrative and Management staff.
