What to wear
When interviewing, you should wear the very best outfit that you have or buy new clothing if needed. You only have one chance to make a first impression so it is quite important to make it count. Dressing well does not mean that you have to wear "Armani" but it does mean that you should be presentable, professional and exhibit what the company is looking.
Preparation. Days before the interview, you must make sure that everything fits, that your shoes are polished and your clothing is pressed. Wearing very tight, overly baggy and/or unprofessional attire will not land you the job.
For Women:
- Professional suit or dress
- Contemporary suit or blouse
- Do not wear high heels
- Hosiery that matches the tone of your skin
- Manicured nails
- Do not wear scrubs
- Limited jewelry
- Sparingly use perfume
For Men:
- Contemporary, conservative, dark suit
- Neatly trimmed beard (if applicable)
- Polished shoes
- Pressed light colored shirt
- Dark socks
- Conservative tie
- Do not wear scrubs
- Limited jewelry
- Sparingly use aftershave or cologne
