Florida CRNA. Seeking CRNA to join two M.D. anesthesiologists in a group practice; will primarily do endoscopes with some general Bread & Butter cases. NO CALL! NO WEEKENDS! Mon-Fri only! Will be employed by the group, not the hospital. The recruitment package includes, but is not limited to, 1 week paid educational leave and 4-6 weeks paid vacation, depending on experience. The salary range is $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. The CRNA will be medically directed by an anesthesiologist about 50% of the time. There are approximately 3,000 to 3,500 surgical cases done per year, with significant increase expected with the addition of 2 ORs, 2 endo suites, and a Cath Lab over the next few months.

The Clinical Documentation Consultant will assess, implement & educate health nursing, HIM, and other healthcare professionals including physicians in hospitals/health systems in a clinical approach to improving documentation, ensuring compliance & managing DRG assignments. Must have strong clinical documentation, coding/DRG and organizational skills with an exceptional ability to interact with people. RN, RHIA or RHIT with five (5) years inpatient coding/documentation compliance. No relocation is required but must live near large metro airport with travel Sunday-Friday. Salary plus bonus.

Tennessee CRNA. Seeking CRNA for permanent position in this lovely west Tennessee town. Join anesthesiology group practice made up of two anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs, to be employed by the group. Call every 5th night. The CRNA will be medically directed by an anesthesiologist 100% of the time. Estimated minimum annual income is $120,000 - $130,000; estimated maximum annual income is $150,000- $160,000, all depending upon experience. Sign-on bonus of $5,0000 with one-year commitment. Job provides time and 1/2 pay for hours greater than 40 in a week. Malpractice paid. One week paid educational leave; 5 weeks paid vacation. Medical insurance paid. Disability insurance, retirement plan and interview expenses are part of the recruitment package. Practice limited to one hospital. There are between 3,000 and 4,000 surgeries done per year and between 500-600 OB deliveries per year. The hospital has a catchment area of 150,000+. Great town to raise a family!

Anesthesia duties will usually be out-patient, will include OB, some Peds and Bariatrics, and sometimes ICU; will rarely include chronic pain management or trauma, and will never include cardiac, thoracic, vascular nor neuroanesthia. There are approximately 200 deliveries a year and 2400 surgical cases per year. The CRNA candidate will: insert Central Venous catheters, arterial catheters, lumbar epidural catheters, administer spinal anesthesia and axilliary brachial Plexus Blocks and other regional anesthesia blocks.
