We do not generate setup, hidden or monthly fees. Instead, we built our solution on a Pay for Performance Recruiting model so that you do not have to pay us anything unless you make a successful hire.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your information will never be released to the public unless you choose to do so. Our systems have multiple levels of security and require unique usernames and passwords to access the various areas on the StaffPointe Recruiting Network.

How does this really work?

You send us the job orders that you need assistance with. We search our own private database as well as promote your opportunities via our proprietary marketing systems and generate viable candidates for your positions. We "clear" the name with your organization and send candidates to you for review. Once a successful hire is made, you collect the fee and we generate a commission from the placement.
