practice is looking for 4 CNM's to work a 4 day work week with call of 1:4.
There is physician back-up for all call. Currently there are 6 physicians in
this practice with 2 office locations, working out of 2 hospitals. Both have Lvl
III nurseries. The CNM's will perform Endometrial Biopsies, IUD insertions and
colposcopy if they like. If not currently trained to do these procedures, the
practice will pay for any training necessary to get you certified. This practice
is open to new graduates as well as experienced candidates. The salary range is
$60-$90k depending on experience. Includes a full benefits package and bonus
possibility. Spanish speaking preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates must have
BSN and CNM certificate.

Clinical Documentation Consultant. The Clinical Documentation Consultant will
assess, implement & educate health nursing, HIM, and other healthcare
professionals including physicians in hospitals/health systems in a clinical
approach to improving documentation, ensuring compliance & managing DRG
assignments. Must have strong clinical documentation, coding/DRG and
organizational skills with an exceptional ability to interact with people. RN,
RHIA or RHIT with five (5) years inpatient coding/documentation compliance. No
relocation is required but must live near large metro airport with travel
Sunday-Friday. Salary plus bonus.

Oregon
RN-Education/Quality coordinator, Surgical Services.
Functions as a collaborative partner with Surgical Services Leadership Team to
promote high quality, cost effective patient care and to develope and support
professional nursing staff from novice to expert. Develops, coordinates, and
evaluates educational programs for the orientation and developement of staff
within Surgical Services, with primary focus in Operating Room. Collaborates
with Quality Managment staff to plan, facilitate and operationalize quality
initiatives. Coordinates student experiences in Surgical Services areas.
Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept. Reports to
Director, Surgical Services. Works collaboratively with hospital quality
management, Surgical Services Leadership, physicians and staff to achieve
educational and quality goals. Maintains collaborative relationship with
supervisors and staff in Surgical Services, nursing, and nursing education
department. Maintains collaborative working relationship with educators in other
institutions in the region.

Arizona
Nurse Manager will be responsible for 26 bed Med/Surg unit
& 4 bed ICU Unit. Responsible for direction of patient care in the Med/Surg and
ICU setting. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of current trends and
techniques of management. Consults with staff, physicians and CNE on nursing
problems and interpretation of hospital polices to ensure patient needs are met.
Maintain performance improvement activities within the department and
participates in CQI activities. Responsible for annual budget. Would consider a
