Managing RNs, certified surgical techs, surgical aides and transporters, patient care assistants, unit clerks and support personnel, inventory management personnel, decontamination and sterile processing personnel, CRNAs, anesthesia techs, and clinical coordinators for surgery, sterile processing and outpatient care unit. Must have at least 5 years experience progressive management in perioperative services with focus on operating room management and RN licensure or eligibility in Michigan and CNOR required.

Director of Surgical Services, Mountain State location, 100+ bed for profit facility in resort community, 5 ORs, OR, PACU, and CS depts, 22 FTEs, 6 Ortho Docs, 1 Ortho/Spine Doc, 3 general Surgeons, 1 ENT, and 2 Plastic Surgeons, 300-500 cases per month and growing, use Medtronic's Stealth Navigation system, have a Jackson Table, 2 new Autoclaves in CS, and 2 new Autoclaves in the rooms, use Sterrad Sterilization, excellent relations with physicians, staff, and patients, excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills, RN, ACLS and CPR required, 5 years OR experience and 2 years management required, BSN and MSN preferred, salary 90K minimum.
