Burn and Wound Nurse Manager for a 300+ bed acute care facility in Northern
Ohio. Outpatient clinic in hospital, 8 rooms and a satelite clinic at a nearby
facility. External presence to grow the program and high physician
participation. Eleven FTEs report to this position, a Nurse Practitioner, RNs
and support staff. Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing
and controlling functions for the Outpatient wound Care Center and all
satellites. Provides leadership and direction in the development and maintenance
of quality clinical care and sound fiscal management of the program. Monitors
performance, quality, adherence to accreditation standards.Curative protocols,
utilization of resources and appropriate development and interpretation of
policies and procedures. Applies the theorgy, knowledge and skills of wound care
to a defined population of patients. Goals needing to be implemented or
completed include satellite development, and to further expand the outreach
program. There is an adjunctive HBOT program in multiple places. Chamber -
mobile Hyperbaric centers. There is a
huge potential here as a center of excellence. MUST have current Ohio RN
license, BSN or Business degree in health related field, Masters preferred, 3-5
years wound/burn care nursing experience, 1-2 years leadership experience as a
Supervisor or Manager.

relocation is required but must live near large metro airport with travel
