Internal Medicine physician needed in eastern Texas! Solo IM provider is seeking to add 1 Internal Medicine physician to her practice. Currently she is seeing about 20 patients/day in the clinic, 4 days/week. She is seeing a very small inpatient population, predominantly an outpatient practice. Taking call with 6 other IM providers, receiving about 5 calls/month, on-call every 6th weekend. EKG is in office. The ideal candidate would be out of residency 2-4 years and looking for a small practice with ties to the area. Income guarantee for the 1st year - $130k plus $60k cap for operating expenses. Health and malpractice insurance provided. After the 1st year, the position will be salaried through the current doctor including benefits, health, malpractice, 2 weeks vacation, 10 paid holidays. The Dr. is currently building a brand new medical office building a few blocks from the medical district. The building will house a lab and 2 separate physician office spaces.
