RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary. When a RSS feed is listed on a website, it is considered to be syndicated (allowing people to subscribe to the feed/channel). With RSS, you have more control over the content. You can easily manage, organize, and add RSS feeds better through the use of RSS Readers or online web portals. Additionally, you should not be getting spam, have annoying pop up ads, or be taken advantage through the use of spyware.

To add the RSS link into your favorite desktop reader
, simply do the following:
- Click on the button from the job search results.
- Copy the link from the address bar from above (right clicking your mouse and select copy). The URL looks like this: http://www.staffpointe.com/rssfeed.asp?strLocations=1,3,4
- Open up your favorite Reader, and click on Add a Feed.
- Paste the link by right clicking your mouse into the URL/Link area
