By utilizing the P4P Manager, you will have one Account Executive not only managing our internal Recruiting Specialists but your outside recruiting firms. Whenever a new outside firm communicates with you to solicit new business, you simply send them to StaffPointe. We will have them sign our agreement and you will never have to hear from them again!

Cost Containment Strategies:
Our Account Executives will work with you to lower your cost per placement while being  fair and reasonable for third party firms. If your set fee is too low, you will not have the participation from external firms yet if your placement fee is too high that money could be used for other recruiting campaigns. Take advantage of our knowledge and lower your costs!

Consolidated Billing:
The P4P Manager allows you to write checks to StaffPointe and we will then issue a check to the company that sourced the candidate for you. You will no longer have to worry about financial issues with outside firms, we will manage that for you for free!

Extended StaffPointe Recruiting Network:
When you sign our P4P Manager agreement, our team will go to work for you in one business day. We will immediately start adding your existing contracted firms, new firms that call in, and add more agencies to our StaffPointe Recruiting Network on your behalf. This extended network will answer directly to StaffPointe and increase your productivity!
