Our solution is a secure, web based platform that allows you to submit candidates for those opportunities.

In essence, our Network allows you to make more placements without spending any additional money.

Posting Jobs

In order to have a job posted, an agreement must be in place. You can post your own jobs or submit candidates (below) to the jobs of other Network Members.

Candidate Submission

A Recruiter can submit a candidate for any opportunity. In order for a submission to be considered valid, the Healthcare Recruiting Network Member must review, accept or reject the submission.

Placements

Once a successful hire has been made, all payments will be made through the Healthcare Recruiting Network and then to the appropriate Recruiter (s).

StaffPointe Ratings

Throughout the process, all Network Members are being reviewed for their performance. This includes timeliness of responses as well as the quality of candidates submitted.
