Job Description Iowa Internal Medicine physician to join an outpatient academic practice. If you enjoy a mix of direct patient care and teaching residents, this practice will be perfect for you. Clinical compotent consists of 8 one-half days a week, taking light telephone call once every 4 weeks. There is an excellent Nurse Triaging system, and you will never go in at night. All inpatient care is handled by the Hospitalist team. There are always opportunities for Research and Publishing available, if you are interested. This is a wonderful community in which to raise a family. The area is safe, the Iowa school systems are ranked nationally, and the cultural activities rival those of major cities.
