Job Description Indiana Infectious Disease. Must be an MD or DO trained doctor. Must be board eligible or board certified. Not an underserved area. Private solo practice with hospital with income guarantee. Would be the only infectious disease doctor in town. Hospital supported income guarantee, student loan repayment, signing bonus and relocation. Call is shared with 4 oncologists. Medical advisor to infectious disease committee and to RN directed hospital infection control department. Hospital has open heart program and wound care center.
