Job Description

Orthopaedic Surgeon needed in west central Illinois. BE/BC Orthopaedic Surgeon is needed to join 3 existing physicians. This established group has a staff of over 100 physicians and nurse practitioners comprising 23 specialties and subspecialties. As part of the team, the new physician can expect: Base salary of $400,000 plus immediate access to productivity bonus, practice with an extremely cohesive group of surgeons, call of 1:4, short partnership track and low buy-in, opportunity to build subspecialty practices in the areas of Spine as much as 100%, Foot Ankle 30-40%, Hand 50%, and Sports Medicine 25%, state-of-the-art surgery center, ancillary imaging center, and physical therapy, privileges are at a 280 bed Level 11 Trauma Center.
