Job Description

BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon needed in central Illinois. Join a 10 physician, all sub-specialty ortho group, just 2 hours from Chicago. 100% Hand and upper extremity work. Need is generated due to upcoming retirement and growth or the hand department. There are nine orthopaedic sub-specialists and one internist/sports medicine physician currently in this group. Five PA work closely with the physicians and take first call. Can take Hand only call. Entire group has receivables of over $24 million and busiest hand surgeon did over 2 million last year himself. Group owns their own MRI and ambulatory surgery center. Income guarantee with full benefits to partnership in one year, then productivity based. Community population of 180,000 with entire service area of over 300,000. Group cares for Division I university, hockey team and AA farm team as well as having a presence at all of the local high schools. MD/DO.
