Job Description BE/BC Pulmonologist/Critical Care physician needed in northwest Arkansas. Community of 54,000. 3 man group. One of these is departing to do a Fellowship, so thus the need to recruit. Base is MGMA median, currently 283,500. Productivity bonus is above that; comp picture looks to be at least 75%tile MGMA. One hospital to cover; clinic is two blocks away. Call would be 1:3; unassigned call goes away October 1st, thus would only be consult call. Two partners both BC in Pulmo/Crit Care. Would pay relo. This practice is now the ONLY full service Pulmo practice the area. MD/DO ok.
