Job Description

Internal Medicine physician needed in northeastern Nevada. Join a MSG in this replacement position. Starting base salary is $190K; with $200k - $300+K normal in the community. A full benefits package and sign on bonus is also offered. Call groups allow candidates not to have to take call on their own patients continuously. They have Surgeons, a Nurse Practitioner, and more. 2009 Residents and Fellows with stipend offered for early signing. Low Practice Premiums, NO state income tax, NO HMO presence and strong reimbursement. This regional hospital is a $40 million state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2001 offering an adjacent medical office building and is the only acute care hospital within a 200 mile radius. Recent equipment additions include a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, state-of the-art MRI unit, CT Scanner, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Computerized Radiology and Ultrasound. The hospital also serves as a teaching institution for the local Nursing program and the Residency/Medical Student Program at the University of Nevada.
