Job Description Michigan Orthopedic Surgeon. Three board certified partners need to recruit two colleagues to replace a recently retired partner and a partner who is relocating to be near family in California. The practice is largely general orthopedics. A fellowship in sports, hand, joints, foot and ankle or pediatrics will be a plus and sub-specialty surgeries currently 30%-40% can be built to 75%-80% of his/her practice through aggressive marketing to doctors and hospitals in surrounding communities.
