Job Description Indiana Physiatrist. Must be DO or MD trained, not an underserved area. Need an interventional PM and R physician to join 2 ortho surgeons. Help screen new back and neck patients and follow through with non-operative treatment and evaluations. Procedures included EMGs cervical, thoracic, lumbar translaminar and selective epidural steroid injections, facet injections and rhyzotomies, discography and possible spinal cord stimulation.
