Job Description

Physician-owned multispecialty group in eastern Missouri seeking Allergy/Immunization physician. Two year employment contract with negotiable salary guarantee for two years, no payback clause, productivity incentives, relocation and generous benefits package. Clinic provides general expenses associated with the business of group practice, medical malpractice insurance during the employment period, three weeks time-off for vacation, pro-rated, paid malpractice insurance premiums, life insurance, 401k plan, medical license fees paid, and more upon reaching shareholder status. The following also apply: eligible to purchase stock in the corporation, eligible to receive $500/month shareholders stipend and $1,000/month for board members, eligible to receive excess profit-sharing bonus, eligible to participate in year-end shareholder only bonus distribution, and numerous additional benefits.
