Job Description Outstanding opportunity for an Internal Medicine physician in Michigan. This is an employed position offered by a 64 bed hospital. This is an outpatient opportunity with a 5 day week. Hours are 8AM - 5PM. This facility has Hospitalists. There is no call. Offering an excellent salary, incentives, benefits and malpractice. Located in a small rural city of 4,000 with a large service area and a diverse ethnic population. This is an outdoor family oriented town, located close to Midland and Lansing. It is part of a growing industrial base and active chamber of commerce. Cultural facilities include Midlands Center for Arts and Central Michigan University in Mt Pleasant. Three multi-county school districts serve the city and private and secondary schools are nearby. With four seasons there is winter skiing, hunting, cross country skiing, and 330 miles of rivers for fishing, canoeing, and boating. H1b visa physicians are encouraged to apply.
