Job Description An Internal Medicine physician is needed in Georgia. This opportunity may be employed or an income guarantee offering $200k to start with benefits and malpractice. There are currently 5 IMs and a 6th is needed in this community of 20K. The hospital is a 25 bed critical care access facility. H1b visa physicians are welcome to apply. Located at the southern tip of the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, this area has it all: beautiful mountains, roaring waterfalls, cool springs, lush forests, shimmering lakes, a motion picture worthy gorge and wild and scenic river all within a convenient drive from the major metro areas of Atlanta, Asheville, Greenville and Chattanooga.
