Job Description

BE/BC Critical Care/Intensivist Director needed in northwest Pennsylvania to develop an Intensivist Program and work intimately with the hospital team to admit and cover the ICU for seamless care between critical care and medicine. The candidate will thrive and excel in a team atmosphere and regard continuity of care as a cornerstone of patient management. The vision is to build a strong team of individuals. The successful candidate will have expertise in inpatient care and possess a strong skill set, be highly adept procedurally, capable of providing leadership, and facilitate communication among caregivers and between caregivers and patients/families when multiple providers are involved in the care of a particular patient to ensure consistency in the plan of care and the understanding of that plan.
