Job Description Director of Rehabilitation Nursing Unit needed in northern Virginia for a premier healthcare organization. Work in a community hospital setting with state-of-the-art health care. Its Joint Replacement and Rehabilitation Centers are ranked among the top orthopedic/rehab programs in the country. Utilize the quality process and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit. Masters degree preferred in a nursing or related field. 3-5 years clinical experience including management. $80-100K plus bonus with complete benefit package.
