Job Description

8E/BC Med/Peds physician needed in northeastern AZ near Holbrook, and in the White Mountains. The position will be for our satellite clinics. We are a growing, fast-paced, non-profit community health center with a mission to provide accessible, affordable, comprehensible quality primary health care in an atmosphere of respect, dignity, and cultural sensitivity. All locations are loan repayment qualified. Offering a generous benefit package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401K, LTD, and life insurance. Employees earn generous paid time off and holidays. 1 week CME paid time off with $2000 stipend. RVU incentive plan for productivity. Rural pay of $10,000 annually and relocation bonus. Freestanding delivery model through which comprehensive, preventive primary care, dental care, outreach programs, and training/education services are offered across the life cycle of all people of northern Arizona.
