RN DIRECTOR OF HOSPICE FOR WASHINGTON BF6016XES (Ref: BF6016xES)

Location: coastal
Salary:$ 67 to $ 80 K (permanent) + Relocation
Work Experience 3-5 years in Hospice required. 3 years leadership/supervisory experience in health related field required of nursing personnel.
Job Description The Hospice RN Director provides leadership and supervision in the coordination of patient care provided by the RN and CNA staff. Establishes and implements policies, goals, and procedures for nursing, evaluates personnel performance and work systems, provides clinical and technical expertise as needed, and ensures that care is provided in a safe and cost-effective manner. This position also provides the coordination of performance improvement activities for the agency, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating processes and programs to meet regulatory and standards of practice. Liaison to community and coordinating organizations to advance the work of Hospice. WA State RN license and drivers license in good standing. BSN required, MN preferred. 3-5 years in Hospice required. 3 years leadership/supervisory experience in health related field required of nursing personnel. 67-80k salary.
