Job Description

Chemotherapy/Infusion Registered Nurse is needed by a Houston physician group. This is an exciting opportunity in a desirable area of Houston. Primary responsibilities to include chemotherapy infusion, triaging and interpreting laboratory data and effectively communicating with providers, patients and staff. Position requirements include a minimum of three years of chemotherapy infusion experience with a BSN. OCN certification is preferred. Must be Texas licensed or licensable. Opportunity for management position as qualified. The successful candidate will have an important voice in planning and organizing activities in the chemotherapy suite. The practice has delivered high quality patient centered care for over 25 years and currently employs four infusion nurses, two physicians, and one nurse practitioner. Paid holidays, more than three weeks total PTO, health insurance fully paid, profit sharing, 401K plan, fully paid disability insurance, continuing education support, EAP program fully paid, mileage reimbursement, life insurance fully paid with dental option. FSA account available for both dependent care and medical. The salary range is 62-68K, possibly more depending upon experience.
