Job Description Pharmacist needed on the Big Island of Hawaii. Need is for one Pharmacy Department Leader and one Staff Pharmacist. We are looking for a Pharmacy Department Leader who has management experience as well as experience as an inpatient pharmacist. The other opening is for a Pharmacist that should be an experienced Pharmacist as well. Pay for Pharmacy Leader is $46.97-$55.58 per hour; Pharmacist - $41.17-$46.34 per hour. Pharmacy hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Both positions are scheduled to work five eight hour shifts per week. Normally, two Pharmacists are scheduled with exceptions due to illness and vacations. Staff consists of a leader, plus two 2 full time staff Pharmacists, one 1 part time staff Pharmacist and two full time pharmacy technicians. Average scripts per day per Pharmacist is 80-175. Benefits include vacation, CME, 401K. Hawaii licensing takes thirty days.
