Salary:$ 203 K (permanent) + Outpatient, No Call
Work Experience Valid/unrestricted license in any state is needed. Candidate must be Board Certified.
Job Description Family Practice job in northeastern Kansas. Contract position for military base situated in this attractive college town. This Board Certified Physician, as part of the Department of Primary Care, Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic, will be responsible for patient primary care needs to include examination, diagnosis, and treatment. Position is in an outpatient setting; and on the wards on a consultation basis. See 6-7 patients per day. Physician will see their own patients in hospital if needed, during office hours only. NO HOSPITAL CALL. Paid malpractice insurance. Salary starting at $203,112 with salary increasing 5% each year for 5 years, plus overtime authorized. Additional 5K relocation assistance offered, plus PTO, federal holidays, and paid sick leave. This great community known as the Little Apple, is located in the heart of northeast Kansas scenic Flint Hills. The community encompasses approximately 18 square miles and has a current estimated population near 50,000. This great city is located 120 miles west of Kansas City, and serves a three-county, 200,000-population regional area as a leader in education, trade, health care, entertainment, culture, and communication.
