DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT JOB IN KANSAS KEX008 (Ref: KEX008)

Work Experience This position requires a RN with a BSN or equivalent with a Bachelor's degree in clinical/social work or health care administration field. Three years experience in an acute hospital experience is required. Prior management experience is essential. Preferred experience for the position would be to have a CMAC or Certified Case Management Administrator's Master's degree.
Job Description Director of Case Management position in Kansas. This position will perform a variety of tasks. The position will assist patients and families by provided information related to health and wellness. The Case Management Director will conduct and facilitate nursing research. The position will collaborate with the healthcare team to solve complex clinical situations and needs of patients. This position requires a RN with a BSN or equivalent with a Bachelors degree in clinical/social work or health care administration field.
