Job Description

Chief Clinical Officer needed for Houston area LTACH. Responsible to the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer is generally responsible for nursing and selected ancillary services of this 75+ bed, free standing specialty hospital LTACH. Prior director level or higher experience in an acute care, acute rehab, or LTAC environment is required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively written and verbal with medical and administrative staff as well as patients and families, in an assertive, professional manner; self-motivated, self-directed with excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to organize and manage departments, and meetings. The successful candidate must be, at minimum, bachelors prepared. If candidates are not masters prepared, they must have a plan of action to obtain a masters degree. Must be an RN licensed or licensable in Texas. The salary goes to 100K, plus bonus, benefits.
