Job Description

Chief Medical Officer needed in southeastern Washington. Preferably MBA or MPH; must be a licensed physician, able to practice in the state of Washington and in good standing; ability to obtain and retain professional medical staff privileges at local hospitals; graduated from an accredited medical school with proof of specialty training and experience; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; have experience in supervising medical personnel in productivity, quality assurance and personnel procedures. Duties include the usual customary job duties of staff physician; the CMO provides leadership responsibilities for the entire medical staff. Position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the Executive Management Team. Ability to work as physician, think like an executive, and support the mission, strategy, values and goals of our health center is required.
