Job Description

New Supervisory Therapy Management position available. Coastal Alabama Home Care/Hospice facility is seeking a professional Supervisory Physical Therapist having the therapy skill sets, management and training experience, personality and demeanor, to step into the role of a supervising Therapy Manager. The purpose of this working position is to coordinate and direct the professional therapy component of a major south Alabama Home Care and Hospice Service. The Therapy Manager will supervise the physical therapy staff and manage operations to meet or exceed established goals. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills as required in working with employees, patients and their families, as well as physicians, nursing personnel, and other rehab services. Will also provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages as caseload demands. Must have valid certification with NBCPT, must be licensed by the State of AL for Physical Therapy and must have CPR certification. Experience: Therapy experience of four years required. Health care management experience required. Knowledge of reimbursement processes required. Continuous Quality Improvement experience required. Education: Masters Degree or PH.D required. Compensation: Extraordinary base salary, with sign-on bonus and relocation package.
