Job Description 60 bed acute care childrens hospital in central Texas seeks an experienced Chief Nursing Officer. The hospital is part of a fully integrated health system with one of the largest multi-specialty group practices in Texas. Provide leadership to affect the quality outcomes and the advancement of pediatric clinical practice in the inpatient setting, including a pediatric ED, a NICU. Serve on internal Nursing Executive Council with other CNOs from health system. BSN with five years of demonstrated success and progressively responsible nursing leadership experience are required. $130-150K plus excellent benefits.
