Job Description

Psychiatric DON needed immediately in southern Florida. Free-standing psychiatric hospital providing inpatient and outpatient care to adults and adolescents. 100 bed facility. Ideal candidate will have masters degree in nursing. DON is responsible for the administrative, clinical supervision and management of the nursing services, including, but not limited to: effective and appropriate utilization of the nursing staff, providing leadership and strategic planning for the department. As a member of senior management, this position ensures the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs and services consistent with the hospitals goals and objectives. Full benefit package; salary $80-$100,000. Area has something for everyone from sandy beaches to parks and roller coasters to swimming with the dolphins.
