Job Description

Seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a seasonal solo Gastroenterologist in a private practice in western Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have general GI and endoscopic skills and work well in a community setting. The busy three room endoscopy suite is located in the hospital and slated for expansion as a master facility plan. Current volume in endoscopy is over 1500 procedures a year, with potential for significant growth. The area offers warm and friendly New England communities, beautiful countryside, great private and public schools, antique stores and artisan galleries. A few miles south is the vibrant arts and college community of Northampton, voted #1 small arts town in the country. It is also the hub of a rich network of academic institutions including the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and several liberal arts colleges: Amherst, Smith, Hampshire and Mount Holyoke.
