Job Description Family Practice physician needed in Guam. Even Florida cannot be compared to Guam for scenery and workplace for a physician. No malpractice issues here. Absolute heaven for scuba divers. Starting salary is $135,000.00 plus bonus of 35/65 split after $350,000.00 in total collected productivity which is very easy to reach. Average physician total collected productivity was around $550,000.00 last year. Very nice benefit package provided. Moving expenses will be paid for. Guam is a US territory and licensure rules apply. Licensure only takes 2-3 weeks.
