Work Experience
Qualifications:
* Excellent Leadership, Communication and Visionary Skills
* Minimum Four to Six Years Care Management Experience
* Ideal candidate will hold one or more of the following: MSW, LCSW, RN, BSN, CCM
*Minimum Bachelors Degree Preferred
*Demonstrated Experience Working with Adult and Geriatric Populations

Job Description

Director of Care Management is needed in the Seattle area for a ground floor opportunity to build a new Care Management division in a Home Care agency. This person must have a passion for serving patients in a home care setting with an emphasis on life enrichment and quality of life care. The Director of Care Management will serve as a senior member of the management team and assist with the market expansion in Washington, Oregon and California. This position offers tremendous growth opportunity and significant income advancement. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience + bonus incentive based on product development.
