Job Description Pediatric Nurse Practitioner needed overnights near Harrisburg, PA. Duties include: management of neonatal and pediatric patients on the inpatient unit, emergency department consults, writing of HPs, orders, medical management, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, invasive procedures such as peripheral intravenous line placement, lumbar punctures, orotracheal intubation and arterial punctures, coordination of admission and discharge of patients and patient and family education. Graduate of an Accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification ANCC, BCLS, PALS ACLS and NALS optional. Experience in Pediatrics in either inpatient or critical care. Must have or be eligible to apply for a DEA #.
